Kiwanis Manor is a 55 +, two story complex providing subsidized housing for low income seniors. The 27 units includes 1 bedroom and bachelor suites designed for independent living. The building also has laundry rooms on both floors as well as common areas. Kiwanis Manor is conveniently located downtown Oliver with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Storey Wilson Building
The Kiwanis Storey Wilson Building is located just across the street from the Kiwanis Manor. It is a single story building of 8 suites providing housing for 55+ low income seniors.
Legion Building
The Kiwanis Legion Building is located right beside the Storey Wilson Building. There are 5 bachelor and 10 one bedroom units providing housing for low income seniors. This building also has shared laundry facilities. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, restaurants and Post Office.
Kiwanis Place
Kiwanis Place provides subsidized housing for low income families. The complex consists of 18 townhouses settled in nicely landscaped grounds. The complex is next door to an elementary school with parks and lake close by.
